**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise, monitor, guide, and assign maintenance activities for the unit’s electrical and building maintenance area;
* Develop and ensure execution of the established preventive and corrective maintenance plan, to guarantee reliability of the electrical system and other areas;
* Collaborate on and execute improvement projects for the electrical system, new equipment layouts, and/or modifications to existing installations;
* Control expenses related to maintenance and services provided, ensuring compliance with the approved budget;
* Maintain technical contact during the acquisition and installation process of new equipment or devices for the electrical system;
* Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts, accessories, and materials in the maintenance warehouse, ensuring appropriate consumption aligned with maintenance order demands and adherence to the maintenance budget;
* Control and maintain in proper order—with respective certificates—all electrical maintenance tools and instruments used by the electricians’ team, to ensure the safety of maintenance workshop employees;
* Ensure organization and cleanliness of the workplace, as well as primary switchgear cabins and distribution cubicles;
* Develop and review operational procedures for electrical components—including circuit breakers, disconnectors, transformers, etc.—in compliance with NR-10 and occupational safety regulations;
* Train employees using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and equipment technical manuals to ensure correct operation and compliance with NR-10 and occupational safety standards;
* Provide information, suggestions, and support to assist industrial management in decision-making;
* Ensure that team members under supervision comply with administrative rules and policies defined by senior management;
* Support internal and external audits related to GMP, Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety, aiming to meet requirements and achieve expected quality indicators;
* And other related duties.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree;
* **NR 10** – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services;
* **SEP** – Power Electrical Systems;
* CREA registration;
* Solid knowledge of electrotechnics, interpretation and analysis of electrical diagrams and control circuits, analysis of electrical circuit failures, operation of electrical measuring instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, power meters, etc.), frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs;
* Proficiency in user-level computer applications (Microsoft Office).

* **Working Hours:** Availability for shift work, 44 hours per week. Willingness to relocate to Montes Claros / MG.
Current shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays.
