We seek an organized, agile, and committed individual who can thrive in a dynamic, startup-style environment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **order dispatch and logistics activities** * Product picking, verification, and shipment * Receiving and organizing merchandise * Inventory control and organization * Supporting the organization of operational equipment and materials * Monitoring order flow and providing logistical support * Organizing purchases and operational supplies **Requirements:** * Prior experience in operational/logistics routines * Daily agility and proactivity * Ability to handle operational demands * Adaptability to dynamic environments (startup) **Job Details:** * Employment type: **CLT** * Salary: **R$ 2.000,00** * Variable pay: up to **R$ 300,00** after the third month * Benefits: **Transportation Voucher** * Work schedule: **Monday to Friday (5x2) | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Compensation: Up to R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Niterói and/or São Gonçalo?
