Contribution to continuous process improvement **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Support project organization and monitoring, ensuring schedule, deliverables, and control updates; * Participate in meetings with the Projects team and technical areas (IT); * Monitor and keep project boards (JIRA) up to date, with attention to sprints and planned activities; * Organize meeting minutes, documents, and delivery checklists; * Serve as the communication liaison between technical areas and the Projects team, facilitating information flow; * Contribute to continuous improvement of project monitoring and execution processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
