Grupo Domingão seeks an attorney experienced in Labor and Civil Law, contract analysis, and management of legal partners, with a proactive profile and strong emphasis on risk prevention.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Manage law firms and third-party companies providing legal support, ensuring timely delivery and technical quality.
Analyze, draft, and review contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.
Provide legal guidance to internal departments, with primary focus on labor-related matters.
Monitor labor and administrative proceedings in coordination with external partners.
Track deadlines, strategies, and progress of legal actions.
Adopt a preventive approach by identifying risks and proposing solutions.
Issue legal opinions and managerial reports.
Support compliance initiatives and enforcement of internal policies.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Proven experience in corporate labor law.
Experience managing law firms or partner companies.
Experience in contract analysis and drafting.
Basic knowledge of compliance and governance.
