




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for providing in-person and telephone customer service with courtesy, delivering information to clients, visitors, employees, and suppliers. Will control access to the company, following established security protocols, register entry and exit of individuals, schedule meetings, and forward requests to the responsible departments. Will also provide administrative support, such as organizing documents, managing correspondence, receiving parcels, using internal systems, and assisting with basic operational tasks. Will operate in alignment with company procedures, upholding security, confidentiality, and professional service standards. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed High School education (mandatory). * Course in reception, customer service, or administrative area (desirable). * Previous experience as a receptionist, attendant, or administrative assistant (minimum of 6 months to 1 year). * Experience in companies within the security sector will be an advantage. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Politeness, discretion, and professional demeanor. * Organized and proactive. * Basic computer knowledge (Office suite, emails, and internal systems). * Ability to work in a team and follow security protocols. * Capacity to handle confidential information ethically and discreetly. * Good personal presentation and behavior suitable for a corporate environment. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance: BRL 25.00 per day * Transportation Voucher ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
