Implement continuous improvements in processes **Position Objective** Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing departmental operations, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently, with quality and safety. Acts as the liaison between the operational team and management, promoting consistent results and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and monitor daily operational activities. * Manage and lead the operational team, fostering development, engagement, and productivity. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and compliance standards. * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. * Conduct periodic team meetings for goal alignment and feedback. * Support material and human resource management, including scheduling and task allocation. * Report results and critical situations to management or leadership. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations management or team leadership. * People management and conflict resolution skills. * Knowledge of operational metrics and logistical/industrial processes (depending on the sector). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity for rapid decision-making. * Availability to work rotating shifts or flexible hours, if required. Compensation: R$1\.735,67 \- R$3\.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
