Support managers in team management. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct operational analyses to optimize processes (productivity and quality), involving equipment, time, and methods; Develop improvements and/or cost reductions in logistics, scheduling, and product or service delivery through new methods and processes; Evaluate transportation and delivery systems through controls; Use ERP systems for inventory management; Develop supply chain strategies—including demand, required service levels, distribution modes, and transportation infrastructure—to meet customer needs; Perform product shipment tracking when necessary; Prepare budgets and cost analysis demonstrations; Analyze data and prepare performance indicator-based reports; Support operations management projects; Analyze comprehensive inventories for contract control; Monitor operational development via management systems to achieve operational standardization; Serve customers to identify their needs and propose solutions and improvements; Supervise teams, planning and controlling activities performed under contracts while ensuring service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations.
