Here, each Store Operator plays a fundamental role in ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience for our customers. **Position Summary:** Responsible for multifunctional store operations, including customer service, cash handling, merchandise organization and restocking. Directly contributes to the store’s visual presentation, service efficiency, and achievement of business results, always aligned with Casas Pedro’s values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly, courteously, and attentively, understanding their needs; * Assist customers in locating products, ensuring a practical and efficient shopping experience; * Display products correctly and attractively, maintaining the store’s visual standards; * Restock merchandise and support inventory and sales floor organization; * Operate the cash register, processing sales, payments, and cash reconciliation quickly and accurately; * Use store systems for sales registration, price inquiries, and operational control; * Contribute to workplace organization, cleanliness, and smooth operations; * Support the store team across various operational tasks, collaborating effectively and performing other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles; * Strong communication skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and teamwork orientation; * Availability to work weekends and holidays, as per schedule. **Compensation + Benefits:** * Fixed salary + Monthly Performance Bonus (based on goal attainment); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Career Development Plan; * Welhurb. **Every interaction is an opportunity to delight customers and make a difference.
