Work Location: Downtown Rio de Janeiro Job Description: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to work directly on product packaging and shipping processes, supporting both physical store sales and e-commerce orders. The professional’s main focus will be ensuring orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time while preserving product quality. Key Responsibilities: * Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product integrity; * Pick, verify, and store goods according to internal procedures; * Assist in inventory control by recording product inflows and outflows; * Support logistics department organization, restocking, and cleaning; * Collaborate with the sales team, relaying delivery timelines and order status information as needed; * Quality control and product verification: check that items are in good condition and match the correct order before packing; * Product labeling and identification: in many logistics processes, goods must be labeled to facilitate location and subsequent verification; * Issuance of transportation documents (if applicable): may involve printing or verifying invoices and other shipping documents; * Coordination with freight carriers (if applicable): may require scheduling pickups and deliveries, monitoring deadlines, and resolving potential discrepancies; * Basic route organization: if direct deliveries occur within the city or region, the assistant may help sort orders by route or ZIP code; * Participation in inventory counts: verifying stock jointly with the store to ensure accurate records; * Internal stock replenishment: if the company maintains separate inventories (e.g., one for e-commerce and another for physical stores), assist in transferring products between them based on demand; * Perform internal deliveries of boxes to various departments within the company; Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Ability to handle products carefully and efficiently; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
