### **Position: Store Sales Associate** **Location:** Barra da Tijuca – RJ **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Schedule:** 12x36 \| **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM ### **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **Store Sales Associate** to provide customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers, maintaining store organization, and supporting daily operational routines. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver courteous, efficient, and satisfaction-focused customer service; * Operate the cash register: processing charges, receiving payments, and performing daily closing procedures; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and upkeep; * Manage product presentation, inventory control, and shelf organization; * Comply with hygiene, safety, and best practices standards in customer service; * Support store operational routines as needed. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and aptitude for customer service; * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule, including weekends and holidays; * Easy access to one of our locations (Barra da Tijuca); * Prior experience in customer service or cash register operation is preferred. ### **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Friendliness, courtesy, and a welcoming demeanor; * Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to learn quickly; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team; * Comfort working in high-traffic customer environments and performing operational tasks throughout the entire shift.
