




Honda motorcycle dealership with stores across the state of Rio de Janeiro is seeking qualified professionals in the administrative field. Job responsibilities include performing administrative support activities—such as **billing, cashiering, and other related tasks**—during employee vacations and according to company needs. Coverage across various Motocar Group stores, based on your region. CLT employment contract. Cashier Responsibilities: * Open and close the cash register * Generate retroactive cash register reports * Retrieve the previous day’s cash balance * Process credit card closings * Reconcile the cash register * Separate the balance to be sent to the finance department * Submit retroactive cash register movement records * Customer service * Manage parts receipt records * Monitor issuance of invoices * Monitor consortium payments (CNH contract) * Track cash inflows and outflows (expenses, receipts, and payments) * Issue receipts and collect corresponding amounts for license plate sales * Perform other duties related to those described above, provided they are of the same nature and involve equivalent levels of responsibility and complexity, as requested Billing Responsibilities: * Document verification * Assembling motorcycle owner’s manuals * Monitoring store inventory, tracking motorcycles shipped from the factory, transferring motorcycles between stores * Data entry into the system * Report generation * Spreadsheet management **Requirements:** Completed high school education, prior experience in the field, ability to learn quickly, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and affinity for administrative cashier functions. **Salary:** R$ 1,718.00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
