We seek a **Structural Steel Designer** who wishes to grow with us on challenging **Industrial** projects. **Requirements:** * Experience with structural steel in engineering projects; * Proficiency in Tekla Structures (modeling and documentation); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and calculation memos; * Knowledge of applicable standards (ABNT, AISC). **Responsibilities:** * Perform 3D structural steel modeling in Tekla Structures at the engineering level; * Prepare project drawings (General Arrangement, layouts, sections, and typical details); * Develop and review structural solutions in collaboration with calculation engineering; * Interface with other disciplines, including civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical; * Support definition of modeling criteria and standardization; * Extract material take-offs to support planning and procurement activities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in EPC environments; * Knowledge of fabrication detailing (connections, welds, bolts); * Experience in industrial projects (mining, energy, oil & gas); * Familiarity with BIM and multidisciplinary integration. **Why Join GHENOVA?** * Participation in large-scale projects with international impact; * A collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous development; * Professional recognition and genuine growth opportunities.
