Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the fleet and leading the driver team, ensuring operational process execution and achievement of goals and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Project development and activity optimization. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Organize fleet dispatch; lead the driver team; receive and release drivers; prepare and implement shift schedules; inspect vehicles; ensure fulfillment of customer orders; request and forward maintenance service orders; control radio communications; respond to incidents; develop projects; receive and analyze the Daily Operations Bulletin; ensure achievement of objectives and targets; perform tasks according to established operational controls; address driver requests and listen to driver feedback; suggest process improvements; monitor KPIs; manage the team; ensure that quality, safety, and environmental management processes are established and maintained; alert leadership or responsible parties upon identifying non-conformities; comply with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards; contribute to the company's socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in environmental and occupational safety matters. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred) Proficiency in Excel Experience in fleet management and large team leadership Driver’s License Category B Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: B
