Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and ensuring the issuance, tracking, and delivery of purchase orders, working with suppliers and the production team to guarantee deadlines and organization. Discover our universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** Issuing purchase orders / releasing internal production; Follow-up with PA suppliers; Ensuring that the MP team receives supplies on agreed dates; Ensuring products are delivered by the agreed deadline; Scheduling purchase orders with suppliers via the platform; Coordinating purchase order logistics; Negotiation and communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Production Engineering; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheet-based control tools; Prior experience in this role is desirable; Knowledge of LINX, CM, and PITÁGORAS systems is a plus. **Additional Information** 100% in-person work, located in São Cristóvão/RJ.
