**Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?**

You will have the opportunity to work integrally across key strategic areas of the company:
**Elective Regulation Area:**
* Organizing and verifying documents (referral forms, medical orders, exams);
* Updating data in internal systems (App);
* Managing simple spreadsheets (request status, deadlines, etc.);
* Monitoring authorization progress with surgical teams and accredited providers;
* Flagging pending items (missing documents, inconsistencies);
* Contacting providers (hospitals/clinics) to request documents;
**OPME Area:**
* Supporting administrative and financial routines;
* Assisting with payment controls and document verification;
* Organizing financial information and records;
* Learning about internal processes and financial workflows.
**Clinic \- Centro RJ:**
* Assisting with document organization, filing of medical referral forms, and unit material control;
* Performing basic patient registrations, updating patient data, and verifying information under supervision;
* Welcoming and guiding patients upon arrival, with special attention to elderly patients, assisting with appointment flow and kiosk usage;
* Supporting the reception team in monitoring the queue display board and organizing waiting rooms to ensure beneficiary comfort.
**Billing Area \- located in NITERÓI:**
* Organizing and sorting incoming medical referral forms, exam reports, and medical records for billing;
* Verifying whether documents are properly signed and stamped;
* Assisting with document digitization and simple data entry into the system;
* Maintaining organized files and supporting the team with daily manual tasks.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* No prior experience required.
* Completion of high school is desirable;
* Interest in learning administrative routines and developing professional skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered a plus;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn and grow are highly valued.
