Job Summary Carry out planning and monitoring of work orders, applying necessary resources and tools to optimize maintenance activities. Your Responsibilities: * Execute planning and control of preventive maintenance, including reading and entering data into the ERP system; * Assist in managing pending items generated from maintenance reports; * Enter corrective maintenance notifications into the ERP system, specifying required materials and labor * for open actions; * Participate in creating and managing purchase orders for maintenance materials and services linked to * asset management; * Assist in managing the inventory of materials in the workshop warehouse, updating the ERP system according to item consumption; * Assist in tracking service execution and receipt, signing invoices, and managing costs; * Quantify maintenance demand over time intervals, as well as track the time required to resolve each open work order; * Serve as a communication bridge between GSE and ramp operations; * Act in compliance with applicable laws, SOPs, and Swissport policies; * Perform other related duties as requested; * Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the Station QHSE Management System Manual and manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO requirements.
