Supervise the receipt and storage of food and supplies in accordance with established standards. Manage inventory, ensuring product validity, preservation, and organization. Coordinate regular inventories to guarantee data accuracy. Distribute materials for kitchen production according to operational needs. Monitor system entries and exits to ensure traceability. Previous experience as Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Coordinator, Logistics Manager, or Inventory Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
