HR consulting firm hires a General Services Assistant (Night Shift) to work at a restaurant/bar located in Duque de Caxias. This position focuses on operations on the venue's deck during nighttime hours. We seek a proactive, agile individual capable of keeping pace with the overnight rhythm. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and organization of the deck throughout the entire operational period; * Sanitize and maintain clean, well-stocked restrooms throughout the night; * Collect garbage and keep circulation areas organized; * Assist with general cleaning of the premises while the venue is open; * Ensure organization and maintenance of outdoor spaces during the overnight hours. **Requirements:** * Availability to work overnight; * Easy access to Duque de Caxias; * Committed, agile, hands-on profile; * Willingness to handle an intense routine and a high-traffic environment. **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off, 5:00 PM–1:20 AM **(hours may extend on certain days)** Night shift schedule with operations continuing until early morning. Flexible availability is essential. **Additional Information:** The venue features live music, pagode performances, high customer traffic, and fast-paced operations until early morning. We need someone who can match the pace of the night and maintain an organized environment throughout operations.
