Key Responsibilities: * Strategic engagement with the active customer portfolio * Encouraging recurring use of the account and its financial products * Monitoring account activity and usage level * Guidance on credit cards, Pix, bank slips, and other financial solutions * Customer profile analysis to recommend appropriate solutions * Focus on retention, loyalty, and portfolio growth **Candidate Profile** ----------------------- * Completed High School (mandatory) * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in: Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Financial Management * **Sales experience (mandatory)** * Experience in customer relationship management and sales of financial products or services * **Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and sound argumentation** * **Goal-oriented with focus on performance metrics** * Residence near downtown Rio de Janeiro **Job Details** ----------------------- On-site – Downtown Rio de Janeiro (RJ) * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CLT employment contract Fixed salary: R$ 1\.750,00 Performance bonus ️ Meal/Voucher Allowance: approximately R$ 960.00/month Health Insurance Dental Insurance ️ Life Insurance Pet Care Assistance Birthday Day Off ️ TotalPass
