InterMoor is looking to add a Finance Analyst to the team. The Finance Analyst is responsible for performing daily and monthly financial activities, including accounting entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and interaction with external accounting partners. The role supports cash flow management, billing, payables, receivables, and assists with administrative and HR\-related tasks when needed. It reports directly to the Finance Manager. Duties - Post accounting entries into the integrated system - Analyze balance sheet and P\&L accounts - Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis - Handle foreign exchange closings - Execute billing, accounts payable and receivable processes - Liaise with external accounting firms - Perform other duties inherent to the role Required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles - CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration), preferred - Knowledge of accounting and taxation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) - Intermediate English - Navision/Business Central system knowledge is a plus Location Rio de Janeiro Work Country Brazil
