Support financial management through indicator analysis, interaction with internal departments and external partners, and identification of continuous improvement opportunities—contributing to Mills’ sustainability and performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute collections actions with delinquent customers, conducting negotiations and agreements strategically. * Respond to and contact customers to clarify and resolve billing-related inconsistencies. * Locate customers and monitor debt regularization. * Prepare and track reports, dashboards, performance indicators, goals, and KPIs for the area. * Manage relationships with third-party collection agencies, monitoring their results and efficiency. * Interact with internal departments to correct processes and address financial requests. * Identify improvement opportunities aimed at reducing delinquency and outstanding billing items. * Support management in analyzing performance deviations and structuring new processes or operational improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level Excel skills. * Solid knowledge of Financial Mathematics. * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and SAP will be considered advantageous. **Additional Information** **At Mills, we offer you:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal or Food Allowance; * Mobility Assistance or Commuter Pass; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub for you and your dependents; * PLR – Profit and Results Sharing; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Dr. Mills (online medical consultations); Want to grow, develop, and work somewhere that truly values who you are?
