Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **In this Senior Structural Engineering Professional role, you will:** * Perform and review advanced structural analyses, including ultimate strength, fatigue, buckling, and structural integrity; * Define design criteria based on classification rules and standards (DNV, ABS, BV, API, ISO); * Coordinate and review complex numerical models (FEA), ensuring technical consistency and compliance with project requirements; * Evaluate operational and environmental loads (waves, wind, current, sloshing, process loads); * Serve as the technical reference within the discipline, supporting and developing junior and mid-level engineers; * Interface with clients, shipyards, classification societies, and multidisciplinary teams (naval, mechanical, process, installation); * Conduct structural integrity analyses, life extension assessments, and risk evaluations; * Participate in project reviews (HAZID, HAZOP, Design Reviews) and technical decision-making; * Ensure technical quality of deliverables and adherence to schedules and scope; * Support technical proposals and engineering estimates for new projects. **Requirements for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Naval, or Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Solid and extensive experience in structural engineering applied to offshore/naval projects; * Proven experience in FPSO, offshore platform, or vessel projects; * Proficiency in structural analysis (linear and nonlinear), including fatigue and structural integrity; * Experience with structural analysis software (SACS, GeniE, ANSYS, ABAQUS, or similar); * Strong knowledge of applicable standards and codes (DNV, ABS, API, ISO); * Experience in technical review and validation of structural calculations; * Ability to operate effectively in multidisciplinary environments and complex projects; * Advanced English for technical communication. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with brownfield projects and FPSO life extension; * Knowledge of dynamic analyses and fluid-structure interaction; * Experience with advanced FEA methodologies (nonlinearities, contact, fracture); * Experience interfacing with international shipyards and classification societies; * Experience in technical leadership or team coordination; * Knowledge of engineering routine automation (Python, MATLAB); * Postgraduate degree or specialization in offshore structures or naval engineering; * Experience with digital twins or structural monitoring. **Benefits:** * National Health Insurance (for employee and dependents, private room included) * National Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Meal/Voucher allowance (flexible) * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) and Paternity Leave (20 days) * Daycare allowance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support via Wellz * Benefits Club offering discounts with various partners * Education and language course partnerships * Professional Development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employees * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
