Start your journey with us today. **Title:** Installation Engineer **Location:** Rio de Janeiro, BR **Job Closing Date:** 31/02/2026 **What will you be doing?** **Position Title:** Installation Engineer **Position Mission:** Serve as technical support for the subsea structure installation scope in complex projects, supporting planning, procedure development, and offshore execution. Ensure safe, efficient solutions aligned with quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Contribute technical expertise in lifting operations and procurement of equipment / installation aids, while providing technical support to internal teams and clients. **What experience would we like you to have?** **Responsibilities:** * Support the engineering team with the subsea structure installation scope in large-scale projects; * Independently develop subsea structure installation procedures—including engineering calculations and detailed method descriptions—with minimal supervision; * Perform engineering activities related to planning, mobilization, and offshore installation of subsea equipment and auxiliary structures; * Demonstrate knowledge of offshore lifting operations and interpretation of crane load charts; * Support planning, preparation, and approval of procedures (e.g., site commissioning tests, transportation, and installation) and associated calculation reports (e.g., lifting sling design, lifting plans, and equipment set-up), aligning with established priorities; * Provide technical expertise during equipment and accessory procurement, and report procurement progress in engineering support meetings; * Participate in vessel mobilization and offshore installation phases, validating technical solutions, adhering to HSEQ guidelines, and supporting operational teams; * Ensure all activities comply with project requirements regarding quality, cost, and schedule; * Prepare preliminary documents and studies related to FEEDs, tenders, and projects developed by the team; * Identify and resolve project parameters and technical issues, leveraging experience to influence optimal equipment and installation aid development; **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Naval, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field; * Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in subsea installation projects or offshore activities; * Proven experience reviewing, guiding, and validating installation analysis reports, as well as assessing weather conditions during offshore operations; * Autonomy, teamwork, coordination ability, and communication skills are essential competencies for success in this position; * Experience in planning and executing lifting operations will be considered an advantage; * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. *We value diversity and view differences as opportunities rather than barriers, ensuring full professional development for our employees and for society.* *\* All our positions are open to persons with disabilities and/or rehabilitated individuals\** **An environment where you can thrive** We recognise that having a diverse team makes us a better, smarter team.
