Job Summary: The professional will analyze requirements, develop and automate tests, document systems, and collaborate with development, design, and product teams to drive continuous improvement. Whether on-site or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace enriched with knowledge-sharing moments, fun activities, and professional development—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role Will Include:** * Analyzing system requirements and developing test cases for validation; * Planning and executing acceptance, integration, and system tests; * Documenting systems and sizing specifications; * Evaluating infrastructure and designing stress, load, and maintainability tests; * Automating integration and acceptance tests; * Managing the test environment and ensuring execution of automated tests; * Performing manual and exploratory testing; * Promoting quality culture and identifying improvements in the development process; * Collaborating with other developers, Design, and Product teams during product definition (requirements, features, implementation) and its continuous improvement; **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Software development experience using at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Go); * Experience with Tricentis Tosca; * Database Management System (PostgreSQL); * Code versioning (GIT); * Test case design; * Test plan management; * Test environment maintenance; * Web application test automation using Selenium; * Integration test automation; * Sprint test planning with risk analysis; * Continuous integration; * Docker; * Advanced technical English; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (twice per week onsite in Rio de Janeiro). **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience as a BI analyst in IT projects; * Knowledge of Python; **Additional Information** **The Selection Process:** We believe a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to a positive candidate experience.
