A civil construction company is seeking a Young Apprentice in Rio de Janeiro (North Zone). Tengel is a company specialized in technological solutions for the market, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** The Young Apprentice will be hired under the Subsequent Apprenticeship Program, wherein the first phase of the contract will be dedicated to in-person theoretical training in the Administrative Assistant course offered by SENAI Maracanã, including a training allowance and transportation voucher during the training period. In the second phase, the apprentice will carry out the practical component of the program at the company, working within administrative departments and gaining professional experience through supervision of departmental routines. Key Activities: Support administrative routines within the department; organize documents, files, and internal controls; assist with spreadsheet completion and system information updates; support internal communication and team assistance; assist with operational and administrative tasks within the department; contribute to organizing and executing administrative activities of the company. Previous experience as an Intern, Services Apprentice, Learning Assistant, or Administrative Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
