Your responsibilities include: ✔ Support via WhatsApp, email, and social media ✔ Technical problem resolution (access, login, platform) ✔ Moderation of classes on Zoom/YouTube ✔ Hotmart and spreadsheet updates ✔ Onboarding and 1:1 communication ✔ Recording support interactions in the CRM ✔ Attendance at events and product launches **Requirements:** ➡ Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree ➡ Experience in customer service, support, or customer success ➡ Proficiency in Hotmart, Zoom, YouTube, Trello/ClickUp, and Google Drive ➡ Clear and empathetic writing skills ### **➡ Technological agility** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
