Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Strategically analyze and develop optimization of surface production processes by applying advanced technical expertise, promoting innovation and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and profitability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support production unit operations by proposing value-adding technical solutions; * Execute debottlenecking projects for surface production facilities using process simulation software to optimize production. * Coordinate complex performance testing, ensuring effective validation of process equipment to guarantee optimal service conditions. * Develop growth strategies aligned with the long-term vision, considering future developments in facilities. * Provide advanced field technical support, resolving complex issues and guiding operations teams in advanced technical calculations. * Conduct research and drive innovation to introduce cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices into production processes. * Prepare strategic project reports on facility improvements, presenting them to regulatory bodies and internal leadership. * Supervise and ensure documentary governance, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date status of DSOs and DUTs for facilities. * Apply advanced modeling techniques to monitor and simulate operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction. * Develop strategies for crisis and stakeholder conflict management, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing impacts. * Integrate sustainable practices into processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting corporate social responsibility. * Commit to continuous improvement of business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability. Always act in accordance with the SSMS Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. * Extensive experience in oil & gas process engineering; * Experience using process simulators; * Knowledge | Skills | Experience: Proficiency in software such as Wellflo, ReO, Hysys, AutoCAD. * Knowledge of multiphase flow simulation and nodal analysis tools (e.g., PIPESIM, OLGA, PROSPER or equivalents) * Experience in modeling, calibration, and continuous optimization of offshore/onshore production networks. * Advanced/Fluent English.
