Job Summary: We are seeking a Pedagogical Coordinator to support teaching staff, strengthen pedagogical practices, and provide support to students, families, and teachers, ensuring pedagogical coherence. Collaboration in developing the pedagogical project We seek a Pedagogical Coordinator to join the Pedagogical Coordination team, supporting teaching activities and reinforcing the school's pedagogical practices. The professional will be responsible for providing support to students, families, and teachers; collaborating with other coordinations—such as Inclusion Coordination; planning and supervising the teaching\-learning process; and ensuring pedagogical coherence with the institution’s educational project. Responsibilities * Monitor student development, identifying pedagogical needs and contributing to inclusive practices and responses to diverse educational demands. * Provide support to teachers, families, and partner coordinations, fostering integrated and collaborative communication. * Guide pedagogical planning and support implementation of strategies that promote meaningful learning and positive school coexistence. * Participate in the development and implementation of the school’s pedagogical project, ensuring coherence between practices and institutional principles. * Support coordination in analyzing learning outcomes and developing action plans. * Collaborate in designing and reviewing assessments, projects, and teaching materials. * Contribute to creating a welcoming, ethical, and innovative school environment grounded in cooperation and continuous development. Requirements * Completed degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Education with specialization in education-related fields. * Prior experience as a Pedagogical Coordinator or Pedagogical Coordinator. * Strong oral and written communication skills, capacity for pedagogical leadership, and active listening. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple responsibilities.
