Collaborate with the team to deliver the best possible customer experience **Job Mission:** Provide a welcoming, organized, and exceptional reception to customers, acting as the establishment's first point of contact and ensuring a positive experience from arrival through to seating and service handover. **Your Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner; * Manage the waiting queue and reservation organization to ensure smooth service delivery; * Escort and seat customers according to table availability and service profile; * Provide information regarding restaurant operations, menu, and estimated wait times; * Collaborate with the dining room team to ensure the best possible customer experience; * Monitor customer entry and exit flow to prevent overcrowding and maintain order; * Support resolution of inquiries and incidents with empathy and professionalism; * Maintain the reception area’s organization and presentation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in customer service; * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills and ability to handle high customer volume; * Friendliness, courtesy, and customer focus; * Flexible availability (rotating shifts). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in restaurants or hospitality; * Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Tagme); * Advanced/Fluent English or other languages; * Proactive, dynamic profile with strong conflict management skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure.
