Job Summary: The Contract Supervisor will lead the management of strategic operational contracts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation for educational operations. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Contract Supervisor**, you will be responsible for leading the management of strategic operational contracts, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation in the processes supporting our educational operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage contracts for CCTV, printers, telephony, alarms, turnstiles, transportation, and fleet, ensuring SLAs and excellence in delivery. * Monitor contract validity, price adjustments, renewals, and renegotiations based on analysis and KPIs. * Ensure adherence to contractual clauses and alignment with the agreed scope. * Collaborate with suppliers, leading performance review meetings and incident management. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives through market benchmarking. * Lead and develop the technical team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. * Utilize technology and artificial intelligence to automate alerts, contract analysis, and reporting. * Propose and implement solutions that optimize processes and enhance service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **What We Expect From You:** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Technical Proficiency**: * Microsoft Office (intermediate level) * Google Sheets and Power BI * Solutions involving **Artificial Intelligence** and process automation * **Preferred Qualifications**: Analytical mindset; experience in CSC or highly complex administrative areas. **Additional Information** * + Pluxee Card (Meal and Food); + Health insurance (SulAmérica); + Dental insurance (Amil); + Life insurance (Icatu Seguros); + Benefits club (Discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Child tuition discounts at any school within Raiz Educação Group (as per internal policy); + Birthday day-off (Time off on your birthday); + Performance Cycle (Semester-based self-assessment, feedback, and Individual Development Plan).
