Opportunity to develop practical skills **Job Description:** Penha Engenharia is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to support planning, budgeting, and construction monitoring activities. We are looking for a proactive, organized professional with interest in developing practical skills on mid- to high-standard construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in quantity take-offs and budget preparation; * Construction site monitoring and field team support; * Measurement control and technical report preparation; * Assistance in construction planning and scheduling; * Verification of completed work against design documents; * Support in materials management and cost control; * Organization of technical documentation (ART, reports, etc.). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program (from the 4th semester onward); * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; * Familiarity with reading technical drawings is desirable; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Willingness to learn and grow within the field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of MS Project or scheduling tools; * Prior experience on construction sites or internships; * Basic understanding of budgeting (familiarity with SINAPI is a plus). **Internship Stipend and Benefits:** * Market-competitive stipend; * Transportation allowance; * Potential for full-time employment; * Professional development on real construction projects.
