The General Surgery Technical Assistant will be an integral part of a dedicated team collaborating directly with healthcare professionals to improve patients’ quality of life. Candidates must reside in Rio de Janeiro / RJ, and work will be conducted on\-site in this location, requiring availability to meet working hours as well as travel readiness if required. **Responsibilities for this position include the following activities and others may be assigned:** * Provide guidance to customers, resellers, distributors, and the sales team by responding to questions, concerns, and issues related to products * Observe surgical procedures and product application * Serve as the liaison between the sales team and hospital technical teams or customers * Acquire technical training and provide support to sales representatives * Identify customer opportunities and needs * Supply sales personnel with necessary technical data for product demonstrations **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Completed Technical Degree * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (Category B) and regular driving experience * Familiarity with operating room routines * Flexibility to accommodate surgery schedules, office visits, and training demands * Intermediate English proficiency is a strong advantage **We Offer** **Benefits:** Medtronic is recognized by Great Place to Work (GPTW), and in 2022 ranked tenth among the best companies to work for in the industry and services category.
