We seek professionals whose values align with ours: Care for people Responsibility Ethics Excellence and Results Customer at the center Requirements: We are looking for a **Senior Data Engineer with over 6 years of experience**, specializing in data pipeline engineering, integration across cloud platforms (GCP and Microsoft Fabric), and data preparation for Analytics and AI, to work in a multidisciplinary squad. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain data pipelines on GCP, ensuring adherence to governance guidelines defined by the squad. * Support operationalization of data security, access, and usage policies. * Implement data quality and observability checks across the data pipeline (landing, bronze, silver, gold). * Structure analytical data consumed by Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, respecting security and traceability standards. * Prepare data for AI and Analytics use cases. * Ensure pipelines are auditable, versioned, and documented. **Mandatory Skills:** * Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer in modern data environments. * Proficiency in analytical architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, landing/bronze/silver/gold layers). * Strong understanding of ELT vs. ETL and when to apply each approach. * Experience with data quality, governance, and observability. * Strong expertise in GCP data engineering (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Composer). * Data integration with Microsoft Fabric / Power BI. * Experience in environments with structured data governance, collaborating closely with governance specialists. * Ability to translate governance requirements into technical implementations. **Desired Skills** * DBT for data transformation and testing. * Experience preparing data for Machine Learning / AI. * Knowledge of MLOps. * Experience in healthcare (healthtech) environments and handling sensitive data (LGPD, PII). * Knowledge of data lineage and data catalog.
