Work as part of a team and support waste control **Job Objective** Prepare pizzas in accordance with the establishment's quality, taste, presentation, and food safety standards, ensuring an excellent customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare dough, sauces, and fillings according to established recipes and standards * Assemble pizzas with attention to ingredient standardization and quality * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and hygiene of the work area * Monitor expiration dates, storage, and preservation of ingredients * Follow good food handling practices * Collaborate with assistants, servers, cashiers, and kitchen staff * Support waste control and conscious use of ingredients * Ensure an excellent experience for our customers **Requirements** Previous experience as a pizzaiolo Completed elementary education (preferred) Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety Agility, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours **Job Information** Availability to work night shifts Must reside near the workplace.
