




Job Summary: This role involves assisting with the preparation and operation of tourism package reservations, communicating with stakeholders, and providing administrative and customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation and operation of tourism package reservations. 2. Support the Operations and Reservations departments with communication and customer service. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and operational processes. Description: * Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields; * Prior experience with tourism packages and customer service is preferred; * Intermediate level of English and Spanish; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong writing and reading comprehension skills; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities; * Proactive and collaborative profile, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork; * Assist in preparing and operating tourism package reservations, communicating with relevant departments and personnel to ensure all activities proceed as planned; * Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages, supporting the Operations and Reservations departments; * Provide courteous, respectful, and efficient telephone support to customers, guides, and suppliers; * Support the customer service department with administrative and support-related tasks; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and operational processes. 2511190202461821308
