Responsibilities and Duties: * Ensure participant satisfaction by monitoring real-time feedback. * Maintain event flow — coordinate schedules and activities. * Record incidents — document occurrences, incidents, and suggestions. * Contribute to continuous improvement — propose adjustments based on experience. * Represent the RH10 brand — convey its values and professionalism.
