Job Summary:
The Financial Assistant will be responsible for receiving and verifying invoices, processing payments, controlling financial transactions, negotiating debts, and assisting with billing and asset management routines.

**Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro–RJ / Downtown
**Responsibilities:** Receive invoices and fiscal notes; process payments according to departmental protocols; return payment requests that do not comply with internal policies and request necessary corrections; verify the generation of charges for new enrollments, additions, monthly fee adjustments, and pending charges; verify payment execution, identify errors and rejections, and request corrections; control and record fixed fund, corporate card, expense, asset, and tax transactions; negotiate debts; perform internal procedures and routines related to asset control, procurement, and movement of assets; process internal and client reimbursements according to Foundation protocols; assist in cash flow control; file fiscal notes; assist in other billing routines and other duties inherent to the role.
Requirements: **Education:** Completed high school. Preferred: Currently pursuing higher education.
**Requirements:** Proficiency in office application suites (with emphasis on word processors and spreadsheets); basic knowledge of resolutions issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) and administrative and/or financial routines.
