Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS **Job Description*** Assist in Food and Beverage department activities, including serving beverages, cleaning tables, and transporting orders from the pantry to waitstaff across various sales points (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.). * Clean tables and transport orders across various sales points (restaurant, bar, events, etc.). * Ensure organization and sanitation of materials to be used. * Prepare mise\-en\-place at sales points. * Present bills and collect corresponding customer payments when required. * Assist in buffet restocking. * Assist in setting up and stocking event rooms, as well as in Food and Beverage services such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktail receptions, when required. * Enter orders into the system, close bills, and issue corresponding invoices when required. * Implement “Self-Control” processes and procedures for the department; * Apply food safety best practices relevant to the department; * Perform other related duties as required by departmental needs.
