Job Summary: This position supports waiters, organizes the dining room, serves water and bread service (couvert), assists at the bar, and ensures cleanliness, providing customer support. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support for table and bar service. 2. Organization and maintenance of the dining room environment. 3. Prompt customer service and direct support. * **Waiter Support:** Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables, collect used dishes (bussing), and replenish items such as cutlery and napkins. * **Dining Room Organization:** Prepare the dining room before opening, including setting tables, polishing cutlery and glasses, and stocking workstations. * **Water and Bread Service (Couvert):** Serve water, bread service (couvert), and bread immediately upon customer seating, ensuring prompt initial service. * **Bar and Beverage Support:** Assist in preparing coffee, juices, and serving beverages, ensuring tables never run out of drinks. * **Cleaning and Sanitation:** Maintain organization of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas, ensuring a pleasant environment. * **Customer Service (Support Role):** Observe customer needs and provide assistance when waiters are occupied.
