Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, preparing, and executing various civil construction activities, ensuring high-quality work execution at every stage. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with teams across all phases of construction \- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and cleaning the workplace, as well as for the use, handling, storage, and transportation of machinery, tools, and materials to ensure quality work execution. Also performs any tasks that affect the progress of assigned activities; \- Reviews project plans, requests and prepares necessary materials, constructs and repairs foundations, concrete structures, masonry, and roofing; \- Applies finishes and screeds, lays bricks, tiles, masonry, and similar materials, builds foundations, erects walls, fences, and other similar constructions, and repairs structural elements of buildings, houses, and other constructions; \- Prepares mortar and/or plaster for any activity arising on-site, working across various construction and repair fronts as needed, ensuring smooth progress at each project stage; \- Maintains organization and hygiene at the construction site, collaborating with teams throughout all construction phases, with a focus on safety and efficient task execution. – Willingness to travel; **– We operate with an overtime bank;** Benefits: – Transportation allowance; – On-site meals; – Basic food basket (based on attendance); – Group life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.934,80 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Group life insurance * Transportation allowance
