Job Summary: Responsible for operating the store cash register, recording sales, processing payments, and performing accurate cash reconciliation, while delivering exceptional customer service. Dynamic environment with attention to detail **Serve with attentiveness, efficiency, and make every detail count!** **Position Summary:** Responsible for operating the store cash register, accurately recording sales, processing payments, and reconciling cash balances, while delivering exceptional customer service. Works collaboratively to support store organization, inventory assistance, and adherence to operational standards and performance goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, including sales recording, payment processing, and change handling; * Serve customers courteously, attentively, and professionally—answering questions and resolving requests; * Maintain cleanliness and order in the cash area, following store procedures; * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures correctly; * Support store organization, product labeling, and restocking as needed; * Contribute to inventory maintenance and ensure an appealing sales environment; * Participate in training sessions and comply with company policies, regulations, and procedures, along with other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Cashier or in customer-facing roles within retail; * Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling; * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with high customer traffic; * Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. **Compensation + Benefits:** **Compensation + Benefits:** * Fixed salary + Monthly Performance Bonus (based on goal achievement); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Career Development Program; * Welhurb. **Here, every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference.
