Job Summary: The professional will prepare and serve cocktails and draft beer, organize the bar, restock supplies, manage inventory, and create recipes, providing direct customer service. Creation and adaptation of cocktail recipes. **Description** * Prepares and serves cocktails, mixed drinks, draft beer, and other beverages according to house standards. * Organizes the bar, restocks supplies, and maintains a clean and functional environment. * Recommends cocktails to customers and provides direct counter service. * Manages beverage inventory and assists with stocktaking. * Creates or adapts cocktail recipes upon request, maintaining quality and presentation. **Requirements** * Proficiency in classic and contemporary mixology. * Agility, precision, and strong communication skills. * Organization and responsibility regarding hygiene and safety. * Solid prior experience. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
