Assisting in the preparation of drinks, cocktails, and beverages **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Bar Assistant** to support bar operations, ensuring efficient customer service, sector organization, and high-quality preparation and service of beverages. **Responsibilities:** * Assist bartenders in preparing drinks, cocktails, and beverages in general * Restock the bar with supplies, beverages, ice, and utensils * Clean glasses and utensils, and maintain a clean and organized bar area * Assist customers when necessary * Adhere to hygiene, safety, and best practice standards * Support inventory control and product expiry date monitoring **Requirements:** * Prior experience in bars, restaurants, or events (preferred) * Agility, organization, and good interpersonal skills * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays * Commitment and responsibility **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of drinks and mixology * Experience in bars, restaurants, or nightclubs * Residence near Aterro do Flamengo; **We Offer:** * Benefits (transportation allowance, on-site meals, etc.) * Opportunity for learning and professional growth * Health and dental insurance (available after 3 months) * Life insurance; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.794,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
