Fundação Mudes is seeking a professional to join its Human Development team as a Psychologist. Responsibilities: Providing psychosocial support and follow-up for internal employees and apprentices; supporting the Employee Assistance Program (PASS); leading mental health campaigns; delivering lectures and training sessions on mental health and psychosocial contexts; developing and supervising psychology interns; managing the Mudes Internship Program; preparing reports and maintaining control systems up to date (GAPIS); monitoring young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); facilitating meetings with guardians of apprentices. Location: Centro – Rio de Janeiro – RJ Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday (one day per week will be remote) Salary: BRL 3,935.67 + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal/food allowance (BRL 660/month) + Health insurance plan (with co-payment) + SESC membership + Birthday leave Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Active Regional Psychology Council (CRP) registration. A postgraduate degree in Mental Health and Psychosocial Care or related fields will be considered an advantage.
