Our team consists of committed individuals who believe in education's transformative power. **Job Mission:** Support the Human Resources team's activities with a focus on recruitment and selection, internal process monitoring, and development initiatives. The intern will collaborate actively, practice active listening with the team, and contribute to managing tasks related to job opening and promotion, as well as supporting routine HR operations and strengthening organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the recruitment and selection process—from profile alignment through resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-up; * Contribute to job posting creation and publication across various channels, ensuring clarity and alignment with the desired profile; * Practice active listening to internal team needs, translating them into practical actions with leadership and relevant departments; * Support internal development projects, engagement initiatives, and activities focused on employee experience; * Assist in updating HR spreadsheets, reports, and systems, maintaining organized data and metrics; * Support the organization of internal processes within the People & Management area, such as onboarding, training, and internal communications; * Assist in implementing and managing benefits, supporting the team in communication with employees and vendors; * Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement of HR processes and dissemination of organizational culture. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Interest in working in recruitment and selection, people development, and HR processes; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn; * Familiarity with recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms (preferred). * **Availability for up to 2 years of internship.** **Additional Information:** * Internship stipend: R$ 800.00 * Benefit: Transportation voucher * Workload: 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) * Modality: In-person (Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00, with 1-hour lunch break) Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate degree Transportation voucher
