




Job Description: As a Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of services aimed at ensuring the optimal functioning of workstations and office services at the Rio de Janeiro office. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Oversee and ensure execution of soft services—including cleaning, reception, and pantry—through on-site rounds, inspections, and direct contact with suppliers, in accordance with contractual terms. * Maintain inventories of hygiene supplies, office materials, pantry items, and maintenance resources, ensuring continuity of office operations via spreadsheets, inventories, and established minimum stock levels. * Manage the issuance and maintenance of TOTVS ID badges and access control, serving as the primary contact point for HR and People Administration regarding badge issuance and handling related requests from TOTVS staff via Zendesk tickets. * Support service controls within the area by maintaining records of requests in existing spreadsheets. * Manage the local warehouse process, either directly or by coordinating with assistants, to distribute internal documents, manage courier/messenger deliveries (including motoboys), freight, and postal services—handling all such requests via internal tickets and supplier-specific systems. * Record invoices according to the payment schedule aligned with the local calendar, proactively contacting suppliers and entering data into the Fluig system. * Process TOTVS requests submitted via internal tickets within the Facilities area, routing them—via system, phone, or in person—to the various contracted teams within the department. * Support hard services operations, acting as the focal point for infrastructure and maintenance matters, managing requests through tickets, preparing quotations, monitoring suppliers, and overseeing service execution. * Support internal events, providing full assistance to internal clients.
