Manage and maintain the People Analytics data architecture The professional will serve as the guardian of the People Analytics data architecture, acting as the bridge between raw HR data and business intelligence. Their mission is to ensure data structure integrity and transform this data into analytical statistical models that explain the "why" behind variations in people-related metrics. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and maintain the data architecture, ensuring HR data extensions and customizations follow best practices in data modeling; * Data Curation: Govern data throughout the People Analytics workflow, ensuring data quality, standardization, and information security (LGPD); * Modeling: Develop statistical analyses to identify root causes of phenomena such as turnover, productivity, diversity, and engagement; * Ecosystem Integration: Orchestrate integration of data from multiple sources into an Oracle environment to deliver a 360-degree view of employees; * Applied Statistics: Apply correlation, regression, and hypothesis testing models to validate business assumptions and generate actionable insights for leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of dimensional modeling and Data Warehouse/Data Lake structuring; * Statistical Analysis: Applied statistics knowledge for business problem-solving; * Technical Languages: SQL and proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling; * BI Tools: Experience with high-complexity data visualization. * Attention to data accuracy, assuming the role of technical reference for information veracity; * Ability to understand how data architecture impacts end-user outputs (e.g., manager dashboards). **Additional Information** **And more — check out our benefits package:** * Health and Dental Plan – Bradesco – extendable to dependents * PAE \- Financial assistance provided for dependent children and/or stepchildren with intellectual disabilities * Pharmacy Benefit .
