We seek professionals who are committed, collaborative, and passionate about transforming lives through eye health. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide telephone patient support for scheduling consultations and examinations; * Route incoming calls and make internal calls; * Facilitate communication between physicians and patients; * Deliver physician messages and provide timely responses to patients with appropriate answers; * Optimize medical schedules by confirming patient attendance and making available free time slots for rescheduling, waiting lists, and new appointments; * Reassign time slots as needed, based on cancellations; * Reschedule patients from canceled appointments via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, and telegram until all options are exhausted; Schedule appointments via WhatsApp. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** High school diploma. **Other Knowledge/Courses:** Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word and Excel). **MV system knowledge is desirable** Hospital de Olhos Niterói has been a leader in Ophthalmology since its founding in 1992, when it operated under the name Centro de Olhos Avenida Sete.
