In partnership with Search Human Resources Solutions, we are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to work consultatively in prospecting, servicing, and developing clients by offering innovative and sustainable solutions for industrial cleaning and disinfection processes. Responsibilities * Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities across multiple sectors (e.g., food, healthcare, industrial, etc.). * Conduct technical visits to understand client needs and present customized solutions. * Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the entire sales cycle through to closure. * Maintain ongoing relationships with the client portfolio to foster loyalty and business expansion. * Participate in trade fairs, events, and technical training sessions for continuous professional development. * Populate and update the CRM with prospecting data, negotiation details, and outcomes. Desired Qualifications: * Prior experience in technical or consultative sales, preferably within the industrial sector. * Knowledge of industrial or institutional cleaning and disinfection processes. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). * Intermediate English Work Modality: External Location: Leblon / RJ Employment Type: CLT Compensation: Fixed Salary + Benefits 2512180202551704856
