**Job Mission**
Implement behavioral interventions for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, and provide guidance to learners, family members, caregivers, and responsible parties.
**Main Responsibilities**
**ABA Program Implementation and Monitoring**
* Accurately describe and implement programs and interventions in accordance with established guidelines.
* Efficiently and accurately record data using the clinic's designated software.
**Material Development**
* Produce necessary materials to effectively implement the treatment program.
**Communication and Documentation**
* Clearly and promptly communicate any changes in patients' behavioral patterns to the supervisor or coordinator.
* Maintain detailed records of meetings with parents and other caregivers.
* Communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, parents, and team members to foster an environment of trust and collaboration.
* Create a welcoming and supportive environment when interacting with children.
* Seek effective and creative solutions when addressing challenges.
* Receive and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
**Education / Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
* ABA training (preferred).
**Professional Experience**
* Prior experience in this field (advantageous).
